Returns

• You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

• To initiate a return, contact returns@qifaya.com with your order number.

Refunds

• Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or wrong.

Non-Returnable Items

• Hygiene products (e.g., personal care items, beauty tools) cannot be returned for health reasons.

• Sale items and promotional bundles are non-refundable.
